With their remarkable finals streak currently in serious jeopardy, victory will be the only thing on Natte Bealiba’s mind this weekend when they take on Campbells Creek.
The Swans looked as though they had turned a corner following their hard-fought victory over Maldon, getting off to a blistering start against an unbeaten Harcourt side in their last outing.
After the Lions threatened to escape their grasp late in the first quarter, the wheels truly fell off for Natte midway through the following term, conceding 14 goals in the second and third quarters.
While that disheartening 84-point defeat leaves them eight points outside the top eight, finals remain the objective for Natte Bealiba.
