MCDFNL Round 15 Football Preview — Dunolly vs Harcourt
Harcourt will be looking to keep its premiership hopes on track when it travels to Deledio Reserve to take on Dunolly.

Despite sitting towards the lower end of the ladder, Dunolly has been one of the competition’s most competitive developing sides. The Eagles have shown they are capable of matching it with quality opposition for long periods, but have too often been unable to finish games off.
That was again the case last weekend when they led Maldon at every change before being overrun in the final quarter to suffer a heartbreaking three-point defeat. It was another example of the young Eagles taking significant steps forward despite not being rewarded on the scoreboard.
Jay McDonald continues to set the standard for Dunolly, while Mitchell Goodwin produced one of the best individual performances of the season with seven goals against the Bombers.
Joel Fisher, Lachlan Tranter, Lachlan Watson and Bailey Morton also continue to provide strong support around the ground.
Harcourt enters the clash after a spirited 13-point loss to fellow premiership contender Talbot. The Lions matched the Hawks for much of the afternoon, but were unable to close their deficit in the fourth quarter.
Thomas Walters again led the way for Harcourt and was well supported by Cameron Anderson, Matthew McArthur, Mark Noonan, Jordan Gartside and Billy Quirk.
The Lions boast plenty of experience and size around the contest and will be keen to bounce back with an important victory.
