Avoca prove no match for the Dunolly Eagles
Dunolly made the trip over to the Avoca Public Park on Saturday and they won in a convincing manner by 67 points.

The Eagles won all quarters in the match and were only really matched in the third term.
The Eagles scored three goals in the first quarter including the opening goal of the game when Lachlan Tranter passed the ball to Kallum Scheppers who kicked truly at the eight-minute mark.
Then shortly after, Ryan Burt kicked one of three long goals for the game.
It was late in the term before Avoca scored from a Riley Hamilton pass to Alex Riches who goaled on the run.
Avoca was held scoreless in the second term, while Dunolly kicked four goals through Scheppers, Joel Fisher, Matt Bradley and Lloyd Needs to lead at half time by 39 points.
Avoca was constantly under pressure from the Eagles who were handling the ball much better than the home team.
Avoca was more competitive in the third term, kicking the first two goals through Darcy Coghlan and Zack Lubeek, but the Eagles answered through Fisher and Riley Burt to take back the ascendency, finishing the quarter stronger than the Bulldogs.
Dunolly held the Bulldogs to just two behinds in the final term, while kicking three goals themselves to run out convincing winners.
Ryan Burt won the ruck contest and was named amongst the Eagles’ better players as were Daniel Trull, Adal Zuk, Jay McDonald, Bailey Wingrave, and Hayden Steel, with Wingrave and Burt scoring three goals apiece.
Avoca named Daniel Howell, Tyson Gray, Byron Wynd, Zack Lubeek, Darcy Carey and Nathan Coghlan as their best players, with Riches the only multiple-goal scorer with two goals.
